Born June 30, 1986 to Gregory E. and Karen M. Hughes in Loveland, CO. Krissy was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who brought joy and laughter to everyone she met. Her radiant smile and quick wit made her the life of any party. Krissy’s smile, infectious laugh, and spirited nature left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She worked in dentistry, and had recently transitioned into a role in home health care that was very fitting with her kind and compassionate nature, as she provided care and companionship for many. She loved the outdoors, animals, and Tweety Bird (many knew her cherished collection of Tweety Bird memorabilia). She was happiest surrounded by family, friends, and nature. Her loved ones will always remember her favorite phrase, “LYNS” (“Love you, no shit”), a testament to her genuine and heartfelt approach to life.
Krissy is survived by her beloved son, Ronin; father, Greg (Deb); brothers, Chad (Jessie) and Matthew (Tina); nieces, Trinity (Rylan), Alivia, Piper, and Quinn; grandparents, Denny and Marilyn Epp; as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother, Karen M. Hughes, and grandparents, Gary E. and Shirley I. Hughes.
A celebration of Krissy's life will be held at a later date, providing an opportunity for all who loved her to come together and share cherished memories.
