Theo is the infant son of Ryan Patrick Bramer. Theodore is survived by his Daddy, Ryan Bramer, big brother Dante' Mitchel Bramer, Grandparents Donald & Benita Bramer, Aunts & Uncles, Shea M. Bramer (Elie Bardi) & Kristen (Matthew Watt) along with cousins Aunastasia, Zayd & Lachlan Bramer & Sofia Watt as well as a huge family of loving, caring friends. Theodore went to Heaven February 1, 2023 but, he has Blessed us for Eternity with his Love, Strength, Joy & Grace. We all remain in Awe of our Beautiful, tiny Angel. Rest well baby boy. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 2:00pm for all our friends and family at Faith Heights Church, 600 28 1/4 Rd. Grand Junction, CO., 81506.
